I signed up 8 weeks ago and have had 0 introductions or any service promised by Sherri Murphy and Tammi Pickle. Everything that was promised to me has been a 0. They did send three profiles of women who do not fit the criteria I provided PRIOR to signing up with them.
I paid 25K for a 6 month membership. My criteria is quite normal and they both assured me that I would be more than happy with their service. I hope other men & women will check reviews before signing up with them. After they take your money, they offer you the opposite of what was 'guaranteed'.

I worked for Sherri as her assistant, and then became a matchmaker. I worked from her home and it was the most stressful job I ever had! I shared a small room with Veronica and it was difficult because we were always on the phone or skype.
I can honestly say that the positive reviews on Google are FAKE. Sherri asked her employees and friends to leave a review on Google and Yelp. The clients were not happy and the job became too stressful so I resigned. The end was when Sherri yelled in my face. She is a very disrespectful person. I really dislike that she has requested from many people to leave fake reviews.

When I phoned Sherri asking why my relative was not presented with any women, she did not even know who I was talking about. I provided his full name, and she was still clueless. I was astounded!
Now she claims they have no client with Luis, well while that may be true or false, she knows very well who I am. I was overseeing this process for my relative who is a very prestigious, prominent business man who travels overseas a lot.
She never tried to match him according to the contract. I notice on numerous of complaints filed against Elite Connections, to Sherri Murphy, that she says she does not have a client by that name.
The primary reason men and women go to a high paying service is for PRIVACY. And of course, to receive the service you pay for.
She may have been around for 24 years (but I doubt it) but she has lawsuits against her company and many people just walk away. Do you see any logic to file a suit and pay around 75K to win back your invested 25k?
Eventually enough people will come out with their stories and I hope people do their due diligence by checking online reviews before investing in a SCAM.

The number one reason why I believe anyone would join a private upscale matchmaking company is for the specific reason of privacy. The owner's comment has no merit. Clearly another deception.
I joined with this service based on the promises that were made during the consultation. I paid using my American Express Account and therefore issued a chargeback. I may take this to the next level; a lawsuit in hopes that this disingenuous & untrustworthy company will not take advantage of others. Of course I can disclose the agreement signed with this firm and the amount, but the idea of joining with them was for privacy and to meet quality women. If you don’t care about privacy, then you can partake in online dating.

We are not working with anyone in New York named Luis or anyone that has paid the amount for the time frame you’ve stated in New York. I’m assuming you are another company trying to ruin our reputation. If you are actually a client that is misquoting your name, where you live and the fee you paid please call us at 800-923-4200 and ask for Sherri.
If you are a client I promise to help you meet some wonderful women and I will add time onto your membership. We haven't stayed in business for 24 years by not taking care of our clients.
