As i have previously said this guy will make up anything. I did my part to try to get ahold of them way before the 21 day refund policy expired but it is hard to get ahold of someone when even though you leave a message the do not call you back as they are trying to avoid you so they can steal your money. This was way before you joe so i believe you dont even know what you are talking about. And for that matter Joe himself said that since they for some reason couldnt refund my money cause of and i qoute there accounts were changed since the corporation shift of people and that the money in the previous account was changed that they could not send it back via Refund to my check card. So Joe said that he would get me a check cut out. Which he never did even though he would always say that the people who cut the checks must have forgotten me or just didnt get to it yet. Can you deny this joe?? I dont think so. Face it joe you have lied to me and probably to alot of other people who assumed that this company was legit. This company is not legit and if they were they would have refunded my money instead of saying sorry but since we took to long to refund you that we are not going to refund you. I did everything in my power to make them remember to pay me but to no avail. If anybody plans on going to this compnay please for your sake and mine DONT. They will just take your money and run. If i would have done some researching a little better and would have found this site i would have never given them my money. Comon Joe deny this If you can....but you know what happens to liars..espically when they lie to a massive amount of people.

Despite his not following the return procedure we attempted to help this customer as much as possible, including explaining other alternatives to obtain a refund, but his financial institution refused his request. Yet where is his complaint against them? our refund policy is clearly stated on our invoice, it applies to everyone.

This Joseph is a liar. My Bank always has and always will let refunds go back since this is my check card. This Joseph guy has lied to me he said i had to write a letter to the board of directors cause somehow it was my fault this was going on for so long. This whole company is a big scam and for what its worth i have sent a complaint to the BBB.org. I got a response back saying that the reason i didnt get my refund was i didnt send the Item back in time....Well it took my about 19 days to get ahold of the previous RMA tech support lady and she said that since it was called to get the rma before the 21 days that i would get my refund. Well this was another lie constructed by this so called company who steals money from hard working people. I have already contacted my local newspapers and told them about the scam and it wont be affecting my people around here anytime soon. So Joe how many more lies are you gonna tell this public?? I will also be contacting my Local news abc and nbc to try to get a coverage on this story.
