Oh, gee, this was in 2004, I'm glad I ran into this site. I have no problem bashing these people. I responded to an ad in the paper to work from home. When I called they told me that I would be purchasing the software and that all the work would come to me via the clearinghouse. They never told me that this was a business that I had to get started myself, that I had to go out and find doctors to do their billing for them. So anxiously awaiting the package, when I recieved it, I opened it and then I realized that it stated that this was a home based business. I was felt so cheated, because I was like, "this isn't what I wanted" I began to read the invoice and surely it says that if the package is opened the package is considered accepted and no refund can be given. I lost $500.00 that I had to pay my parents back. So then I tried to sell the software at a local bookstore, and they would not buy it, due to the likely hood of them being able to resell it. I ended up saving the software for awhile, and I finally threw it away last year.
