Electronic Billing Systems, EBS Super Sized RIPOFF ARTISTS They sell Electronic Medical Billing software that doesn't work Las Vegas Nationwide
This company advertises in Penny Saver's all over the country telling you how easy it is to get into the Medical Billing Business. They sell a medical billing software for the price of $499.95. The sales men are very very convincing that anybody can get into this business and that it is easy with their software.
When a person decides to make an investment like this, they must be serious about doing the business. When their software arrives it is wrapped up and a notice that tells you not to open it if you are not serious about doing the business, and if you do open the package, you WILL NOT get your money back if you change your mind.
I was serious about doing this business, so I opened the package. When I installed the software it didn't work. I called tech support for help. They sent me another CD. It didn't work. I called tech support again. They sent me another CD. It didn't work either. I wanted my money back.
I was told to contact customer service. I called and called and called. The one time I did finally get through and said that I wanted my money back, they put me on hold and never returned to handle my call. I decided to send the package back to them. They refused the delivery. RIP OFF!!
I had 'fortunately' charged this purchase to my credit card, and they helped me to get my money back. My warning is....DON'T do business with this company!
