EJ Giftcards Gift card sold with almost all balance stolen. No reaponse from merchant. New York NY
I bought a $100 e-giftcard to Wal Mart on Feb 10 2019. When e-giftcard was sent to me, only balance available was $15.40. The amount of $84.60 was stolen from the gift card. Merchant claims to have a 100 day guarantee on cards it sells. No response or refund from merchant after claim form was filled out and THREE follow up emails were sent each week for the next 3 weeks.
Avoid this company. Guarantee merchant offers is only to look good on website, but gives consumers no protection at all.
