ECOST.COM warning
Caution when dealing with ECOST.
I did an internet search and came up with a source of inkjet cartridges along with a phone number for ECOST.COM.
I telephoned ECOST.COM and was first given the wrong shipping amount and then became aware of hidden additional "Handling" charges. I cancelled the order but it was sent anyway. I got authorization to return the merchandise, but after a month of phone calls, and never being able to reach a supervisor, I was told it would be impossible to be reimbursed for the shipping or the service handling charge (Total $19.35).
In the process of the many phone calls, I got the feeling that others have fallen into this same trap.
I will never purchase anything from ECOST.COM again and I urge others to not purchase from this arrogant company.
