I responded to a want ad in the paper. I was promised that I would be given the software, training, and would be provided with 2 doctors in my area that I would be billing for. I then purchared the 500+ sortware.
Once I received this I took the test in the back of the book, became (certified) with this Bogus Company and then called the Co. to proceede with the remainder of the promised items (the 2 doctors that I would be set up with to bill). I called the co back and was told that I was never told this - I demanded my money back and was told no. I was also sent paperwork from another company stating that they would set me up with doctors that I may bill for --- the price for this would be 2500.00 for each doctor.
this is ridiculous and should not be permitted to continue. The money I paid for this should be refunded as well. This is a scam and is not legal.

At the time of filing her complaint Janice has had our software for over a year. The invoice clearly states our refund policy, and she does not qualify. We have tried numerous times to help her, but as with any home based business each individual's success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire and motivation. Please note that a different company, Not Electronic Billing Systems, offered her a doctor for 2500.00. We do not provide' doctors and anyone who calls our sales department will be told that.
