WARNING TO EBAY SELLERS OF ITEMS OVER $500.00 DOLLARS

WE SOLD A NEW AIR CONDITION DIAGNOSTIC MACHINE FOR $4,000.00 PLUS $150.00 FREIGHT.

EVEN THOUGH WE PROVIDED THE MANUAL  THE BUYER NEVER READ IT. HE ASKED EBAY TO FORCE SELLER TO ACCEPT THE RETURN AND PAY THE FREIGHT BOTH WAYS CAUSING ME TO LOSE OVER $400.00 ON FREIGHT.

AFTER BUYER MADE HIS REQUEST, EBAY SOFTWARE FORCES YOU TO ANSWER HIS COMPLAINT BY GOING TO A CERTAIN PAGE. THIS PAGE IS PRECHECKED BY EBAY ALLOWING THE RETURN WITH THE SELLER PICKING UP FREIGHT BOTH WAYS. EACH TIME YOU SEND A MESSAGE IT MUST GO THROUGH THIS PAGE AND IF YOU DONT REMOVE THE CHECK FROM THE ALLOW BOX EBAY SOFTWARE IMMEDIATELY SENDS OUT EMAIL FORCING YOU TO ACCEPT THEIR CHECKED BOX ALLOWANCE.

THIRTY SECONDS AFTER SENDING A MESSAGE WITH THE BOX UNCHECKED, I SENT NEW INFORMATION TO THE BUYER AND DID NOT UNCHECK THE BOX. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED EBAY, (VERY DIFFICULT TO DO) AND THEY FLATLY REFUSED MY REQUEST TO NOT ALLOW THE RETURN. THEY INSISTED THAT EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW IT WAS A MISTAKE THEY WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO CORRECT MY MISTAKE AND FORCED ME TO ACCEPT THE RETURN, REFUND THE PAYPAL PAYMENT AND PAY RETURN FREIGHT.

THERE WAS NO VALID REASON TO ALLOW THE RETURN, THE BUYER HAD A FULL MANUFACTURER PROVIDED WARRANTY AND JUST DECIDED THAT THE MACHIE WAS MORE COMPLICATED THAN HE COULD UNDERSTAND. IF YOU REFUSE, THEY AUTOMATICALLY REMOVE THE MONEY FROM YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND ALLOW THE BUYER TO KEEP YOUR MACHINE FOR FREE.

IN ADDITION, EVEN THOUGH THE COURTS FORCED THEM TO DIVEST PAYPAL, THEY ARE STILL LINKED AND CONTROL YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNTS FUNDING.

ON ANOTHER SALE, THE BUYER TRIED EVERY TRICK TO GET HIS PAYMENT BACK FORM PAYPAL AND KEEP MY $5,500.00 MACHINE. CONTRARY TO ALL OF THEIR RULES THEY WERE ALLOWING THE BUYER TO KEEP MY MACHINE AND GET HIS MONEY BACK. IT TOOK ME TWO MONTHS OF TELEPHONE CALLS AND EMAILS BEFORE THEY GAVE BACK MY MONEY.

EBAY IS OK IF YOU ARE SELLING LOW DOLLAR AMOUNTS BUT THEY ALLOW ILLEGAL ACTIONS BY BUYERS AND NO PROTESTION FOR SELLERS.

ON ANOTHER SALE FOR $1,200.00 THE BUYER CLAIMED THAT HE RECEIVED A BROKEN MACHINE. EVEN THOUGH WE KNEW IT WAS A GOOD MACHINE, WE SHIPPED HIM ANOTHER BEFORE RECEIVING THE ORIGINAL BACK. HE WAS HAPPY THAT HE NOW HAD TWO GOOD MACHINES AND HE SENT BACK SOME JUNK THAT HE FOUND IN A DUMSTER. WE NOTIFIED THE BUYER THAT WE WERE GOING TO REPORT HIM TO EBAY AND HE THREATENED BAD FEEDBACK IF WE DID REPORT HIM. EBAY ALLOWED HIM TO KEEP BOTH MACHINES AND GAVE US BAD FEEDBACK. THIS WAS FRAUD AND EBAY WAS A CO ILLEGAL PARTICIPANT.

THERE SHOULD BE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST EBAY
