On December 23, 2006 I received multiple gift cards for my birth day. Among the many gift cards, there were two (2) GameStop gift cards.

I tried to used them in the GameStop Blue Star New Jersey store #613 and I was told that the cards were locked and could not be used (card numbers 6031 3038 2659 2100 and 6031 3082 0005 1697).

Later I went to the Blue Star store and I was told to contact the manager. After over 30 calls, I gave up, since he did not answer or replied to any of my calls.

Since the management of the Blue Star store was none existent or non responsive, I decided to go to another GameStop in Route 22 in New Jersey. There they were very helpful and responsive. I was told that I should not have the gift cards because they were canceled by the GameStop Blue Star New Jersey store #613.

He thinks the employees cancelled the cards and took the money, I got two worthless cards, Ha ha ha what a f joke

Did you follow up and call corporate and report this? Obviously this isn't a company issue. You should've called corporate help and informed them of the situation, and tried to locate the reciept(s). We can trace the history of giftcards to see if they were used and who they were used by. Be persistent if the employee did cancel your cards after you left you need to report him and he needs to be fired and your money refunded.
