Worst company I've ever dealt with! They are completely deceitful and have terrible customer service. We had a 3 year service agreement with Earthlink for T1 internet service. During the span of the contract, they charged us about double the agreed upon rate. We are a relatively large company, with many accounts payable, and it took us a while to realize that they were running this "scam" on our company. When we did alert them to the problem, they blamed it on a clerical error, but never returned the money that they overcharged (almost 9K). This was the most blatant example of deplorable corporate conduct I have ever witnessed. I would never recommend using Earthlink to anyone for any reason.
