order cancel fee from dynasty express
After not receiving my products for 6 days I called the company to find out that they had not even been shipped. I asked why and their was no explaination. I therefore cancelled my order, but then was assessed this mysterious $6.03 order cancel fee. They would not describe it or explain it, when I tried to change my mind and have them send it they promptly told me that was the way it was and hung up on me.
