I don’t know why you think the fact that it could have "drastic results” has anything to do with discrimination.   Second, you said something that is actually a major admission: You said that anyone who doesn’t want your emails can block or report them. Apparently, you don’t offer any way to just unsubscribe. That alone makes you a spammer. You absolutely do sound like a spammer to me, and it seems like you are splitting hairs trying to find some technicality that you think exonerates you.   Third, elected officials and public safety people do not distribute information by sending it to some random person to have them redistribute it to the world. All of these people already have multiple venues to communicate with the public, and they obviously don’t need your help. Fourth, DSLExtreme has no obligation to do business with you, and they have every right to drop you for any conduct they feel is inappropriate. You are a scammer.
