I was contacted by these people on Saturday (last saturday) .They told me that my name was drawn to recieve 1 of 4 prizes gauranteed !!! GAURANTEED!!!!! '09 navigator , plasma TV, dream vacation anywhere I want or $2500 in cash just for 90 minutes of my time with no obligation to buy ANYTHING!!!! I will take this report you filed and keep it in my pocket. I will tell you everything that they tell me and exactly what happened ...good or bad. If they give me my prize and treat me right then I will post that here also ....I doubt that will happen If they lie to me and %$^#@$!! with me...well i am with you ...i would like to ,meet Corie wilner for myself...after I get my prize ..i will tell them and show them your filing here at this site.!!! Well got you. Yes, I had a bat pulled on me and was surrounded by 8 people. Jack want to put your name to this really because Corie is going to jail. I filed a police report immediately after leaving the property. This is Texas you can have a gun but you can't put a bat in someone's face in a threatening manner. I promise on my mother's grave that one, I had a bat in my face and we can all take polygraph tests to see who is lying and the liars can go to jail. Jack is that what you want to do? Really? You want to come downtown with us and see what is going on. You want to take up and take part in. You didn't know that I showed up to work hurting so bad I could barely walk and that I had taken pain medicine and had to be hospitalized. We can skip that. Next, I was called a spy while I had a bat in my face. Would you like to deny that? I work for no one so who did I spy to? and again I promised to keep someones name out if this so I will. Ask your old boss if I had any clue as to what was going on? Ask my old boss if I knew what was going on because they mentioned some names I never heard of. Now Jack you just verified my employment. Do you know what that means? That means by law, I have to be paid minimun wage at least it is illegal to have independent contractors come to work at a time you designate, which is why you have been turned into the labor board. You can't dictate a meeting, unpaid training, have someone be there for training, be there at a time specific. Independent contractors can work at midnight. Dream Vacations is in violation of the out dated labor laws posted on the back wall. Yes trust me. I know the law on employment in texas. As far as being fired from several other companies, one we agreed on a mutual seperation and the other was some miscomunication that yes I did take to far and said something I should'nt have to a co worker. Now. I admit to that. It's not that I can't do the job, I just have a problem with the way some of the people talk to me. Dream Vacations can keep posting these all day long, and let me tell you what, you won't get it knocked down as Corie said he could do. Plus I have about 20 more consumer sites and software that will blast this to australia. I am not doing this because I hate anyone there. I don't even hate Corie but he fired me wrongly which will be addressed soon I promise and they way he fired me with a bat in my face. When he gets out of jail, I will just keep posting. All he had to do was say this isn't working out and all I could do is say cool. But instead I have legal recourse in this state for what he did both legally and civially and as long as I don't sit here and post anything untrue, you can't do anything to me. My bet is I can get on a computer and find the same price your company will offer members, orbitz, travelocity, pick one. I don't even have to go to vax, trip tailor or sabre which is a GUI (graphical user interface) created by american airlines and trip tailor is there subdivision. Your right there, what companies did you work for, these are questions if I was a buyer, who all have you worked for and have any of those companies been sued, or shut down by the attorney general? Do you think the AG isn't coming your way? Do you think the Texas Department of Labor isn't coming your way? Do you really think I came there to spy, then have nothing to do but sit at home and post stuff here. If I was spying for some company it would seem that this wouldn't have been up, instead, I would have went to work, and that is all I wanted to do was work. That is all I want to do now is work. Before you buy ask to see the lease agreement, I was told to lie to customers. They have offices that are empty and haven't even been finished yet. Touch the paint. Pictures still haven't been hung. That office was taken over 12/15/08, and that is a fact and the other fact is I and many other employees have been told to lie about how long that office has been there and the fact there is no bad BBB you said unresolved for an office 6 weeks old that means you have complaints. How about this. Everyone who attends that presentation ask about your gifts in full detail. Don't leave until your given what you were promised. If you get the run around here it is. Well these gifts are sent by the marketing company and don't really reflect on us. Hmmm ask them who paid for them and who the sponser is. If the sponser is filled out Dream Vacations then that means they paid a cert company to get those gifts and I would love for anyone to tell me who actually went on a complimentary vacation. Yes, I have been in this business many years, I have been in the Fort Worth Star Telegram and channel 11 news simply for doing my job, and doing what I was told, and as it turns out this company does the exact same thing..Please feel free to look up American Voyager Travel in Bedford. Please look up Horizon Travel in Arlington, these are the same people. All of them. I know this to be a fact. I am selling used cars, at least this way people can see the dents in the product before they buy,.and Jack, really I liked you man you shouldn't have signed off on that for Corie, he is I assure you going to jail, I won't put his case number up, but now you verified you have employees working there and I was fired. I am sorry, you can't fire an independant contractor but you just said that is what happened. See we can play this game and your just digging yourself a hole. Get your story that you feel is right, and then we will adress this again. In the meantime...I am going to blog the hell out of this company for lying to customers and lying to their employees. I can't be fired as an independant contractor.. You people need to get your texas law straight. It's sad and pathetic that a former employee gives you his word he will not bad mouth your company, yet that same person posts negative and false information on the internet within days of leaving our company. The reasons for this persons termination are not important. Let's just say this is not the first vacation travel club this individual has been fired from in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. What I want to emphasize is we pride ourselves on selling a membership that is a great value for people that travel, and is everything we promise it will be. This person claims we offer a $1995 membership that offers the same benefits as an $8000 membership. That's simply not true. We do not offer memberships for $1995 period. This is an attempt to make our company look like a scam by an ex-employee who has an axe to grind. If you are an existing member of ours, or a potential member, feel free to investigate us with the Attorney General of Texas. We have no negative complaints. The same with the BBB. There are no unresolved complaints. Please don't take the word of a disgruntled former employee who is simply trying to get some measure of revenge by making us look bad by posting on Rip Off Report.
