Mrs. Nichols my concern here is that you are accusing Dishnetwork of a ripoff they have nothing to do with. You should easily be able to tell who drew the money from your account by calling your bank. Your statement that Dishnetwork told you they are not responsible for the actions of retailers is not only correct it leads me to believe Skyboxtv took the money. While I understand your frustration you must understand Dishnetworks position. If you go to a department store and are overcharged for a pair of pants you cannot call levis strauss and ask for a refund. What you can do is call Dishnetwork and ask that a retailer complaint be filed against Skyboxtv. If Dishnetwork finds they are not doing things the way they should be done Skyboxtv would not be paid comission for promotional sales or installations. That may not sound like much but that would be a severe penalty.
