DISH NETWORK REFUSE TO REFUND OVERPAYMENT BY CUSTOMER WHO NO LONGER HAVE THEIR SERVICE
DISH NETWORK OWES ME MONEY AND KEEPS STALLING TO PREVENT THE REFUND. I GUESS THEY THINK I WILL FORGET ABOUT MY MONEY. WELL, I HAD MY SERVICE DISCONNECTED BECAUSE MY DISH BROKE DURING OUR MOVE TO OUR NEW HOME. I CALLED AND REQUESTED TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE. THEY SAID OK, BUT I HAD TO PUT IT ON A CREDIT CARD. I EXPLAINED THAT I BOUGHT THE FIRST ONE (COD) WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS . WELL, THEY INSISTED. I TOLD THEM MY CARDS WERE MAXED OUT AND I NEEDED SERVICE NOW NOT IN 3-4 WEEKS. THEY DID NOT WANT TO WORK WITH ME. I HAD ALREADY SENT IN MY PAYMENT FOR SERVICES OF THE UPCOMMING MONTH AND NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO ENJOY THEM. THEY ADMIT THAT I HAVE A CREDIT OF 70 + DOLLARS, BUT THREE MONTHS LATER, NO REFUND. I JUST WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW THAT THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK ON TIME LIKE THEY WANT IT ON TIME, IF AT ALL.
