Dent Wizard Mobile Body Work Repairs Owned by George Thompson tried to fix some dents and paint the car where scratches were found; however, he painted the car with a different color and did not remove the dents. New Jersey

My wife, Roberta, was approached by George Thompson in a shopping center (Golden Horseshoe in Scarsdale, NY). This person stated he could fix her car's dents and scratches, sand then and paint them. He came to our home and did this outside our garage. However, it was a shoddy job at best, in which the paint did not match the car's paint, many of the scratches still showed and I and my wife were shocked at the horrific job. We now had a two-tone colored car. When I told him this, he simply said the paint had to dry. However, the next day, it still looked the same (which was as I expected). We've tried contacting him on his phone, but he has not returned our calls or tried to make good on the job. He also did the same on my car (basically as the day was turning dark, so I could not see whether the job was good or not). The next day when i looked at it, the job he did was not as bad as what he did to my wife's car, but was also very poorly done, with several scratches left undone and hazy paint on one side of the car. He drives a white BMW but I did not get the license plate number.
