Complaint Review: Denamn Scientific Researh - Vancouver BC

Dear Zymax, I have had Multiple Sclerosis for the past 22 years. My disease is confined only to the brain. Even though I have hundreds of lesions, I am a fully mobile person and is able to do anything. My diagnosis is severe MS and my doctor calls me his miracle child. I have been taking Zymax for many years now. One symptom of MS is severe fatigue. Zymax has changed my life. I now have all the energy I possibly could want. I have 1 pill left and I'm saving it for my sons wedding day. I have ordered a few more bottles, but I too have not received an order yet. As far as the people complaining, pills do not work for everyone. My bottle of Zymax says on the front, "Daytime energy component". That's all I expect from it. There is no magic diet pill. Our bodies are so complex and unique that you never know what will work for you. Zymax definitely works for me. I understand how upset you, the consumer, is with the refunding of your money, and I agree with you. I have sent many energy/diet pills back for a full refund and never received the credit, eg. Relacore. Give Zymax the chance to make good on its promises. To Zymax: Please, if you have any Zymax pills around, Please Please send me a shipment. I am not the same energetic person as I use to be. I LOVE the way Zymax worked on me and if you ever need a spokesperson to sell your product, I would love to.

I took Zymax for about four months about six months ago. I was so thrilled with the results that I've recommended it to family members & friends. I lost 38# (went from size 12 to size 2)in approx. 10 months with the help of one Zymax/day with breakfast. I had studied the effects of some herbs as appetite suppressants and some as energy boosters -- all of which were listed in the ingredients of Zymax. Hence, I decided it was both a savings and a convenience factor to just take the Zymax. When I first called to order, I was asked if I wanted the auto refill, which I refused so I could try it first. After the first 3# pounds lost that week, I called back to add the auto refill. The plan worked perfectly for me, & the operators were so polite. Aside from wanting to keep it 'my little secret', I'd recommend it to anyone who's had trouble losing weight and wants to lose it a healthier way.

I have used this product many times over the last 2 years. When I first started the product I was having chest pains I returned the product and received a FULL refund, later after I found that the chest pains were not caused by Zymax, I reordered, lost 35lbs and have had no other problems. I buy it at the 1 year price and my friends and I divide it up. We have all lost weight, and have had no problems with shipping or being overcharged. I feel it is a GREAT product, only wish that it could be ordered online instead of over the phone. Give them another chance, I too have ordered products from other companies and have had bad outcomes (it's in the mail, backordered, been delivered etc) Zymax really is a good product, and the only one that I have been able to lose weight with.

I ORDERED THREE MONTHS SUPPLY OF ZYMAX AND THE PM FORMULA. I RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS WITHIN THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF TIME AND STARTED THE PRODUCTS IMMEDIATELY. I LOST 5 POUNDS THE FIRST WEEK.I HAD AN INCREDIBLE AMOUNT OF ENERGY.NOT LIKE A JITTERY CAFFEINE RUSH,JUST A SMOOTH HEIGHTENED SENSE OF ENEGY. I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 41 {FOURTY-ONE} POUNDS !! I SENT BACK WHAT I DIDN'T NEED OF THE PRODUCT WITH ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS.THE CHARGE WAS REFUNDED ON MY CREDIT CARD IN PROPER TIME.I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE. I AM SO PLEASED BECAUSE I HAVE SUFFERED TRYING TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT FOR 5 YEARS .

When I placed my order I was asked (politely) if I wanted the automatic refill and I refused . I was told that was fine . After the first TEN pounds I decided to do the automatic refill . They put my order for every 20 days which turned out to be too often. So when I realized this I called and was told they would hold my order for two months and then continue it in Feb. of 2002 . The operator was extremely polite and helpful and I am very pleased with the service and happy to have it continue until I lose more weight . I have also lost twenty-five pounds while using the Am and PM formula along with the accelerator . I probably should not tell you this but I rarely have time to exercise and I continue to eat pretty much what I want so your product must work extremely well . Thank you .
