I order a food thru them my order never arrived when early morning i contact them they say resturant deny the refund they say this at 9:37 am and resturant open at 10 am and they say resturant deny the refund and they say food was delivered i aks for proof they dont have then natasha gave me 15$ free for that issue and told that i can charge back for my order not recived wich i have email chat saved then i placed new order with coupon they cancel it and then they close my account and when i ask why later they say because of an issue ia sk if you agree on issue why not refunding they have no answer they want to keep my money for free wich i will definitely file a charge back as they cheat me beaware of them try to use (((REDACTED))) for good customer service
