Decoinmind FADEL-BEATTY LIMITED They sent sandals that did not match the picture advertised and very poor quality. Offered a return with directions that took 2 pages to print. Shenzhen Guangdong
I ordered shoes on the Internet and received shoes that did not match the picture advertised. Also the quality was very poor and the shoes did not fit.
On the internet this company stated if you are not happy...return the items. I asked for a return label and received directions, two pages long of how to return the package. I emailed back and forth with Gean. He finally offered to give me 20% of the $36.99 I paid for the shoes, that included shipping. I emailed back saying $7.40 was a pitiful offer. I said if he credits my card for $20.00 I would consider the $16.00 loss as a lesson learned.
This company offers pages and pages of items to buy on the Internet and should be banned altogether.
