Hi all, BE AWARE OF DCA. Don’t trust these clowns. I was away .. i came back to canada and i found out a collection accounts on my credit history for 1264$. They called me and i spoke with them and i tried to work things out. I spoke to tooo many people before they transferred me the Danny he Manager (the liar, the scammer, the idiot .. etc). I advised him that i don’t mind paying for it .. as long as DCA calls the bureau to remove that item from the collections as it is hurting my credit. At first he told me he can’t but they will contact the bureau to update the file as Paid. After several calls to clarify exactly what they will do for me since i am payingnin full, they told me that they will honor a complete removal of the item from the credit bureau. I insisted many times during the calls, that the ONLY way that i would pay is if it will be removed (i did the same things few years ago). He kept saying ues we will, trust me. Anyway, i kept asking if they will do it . He kept saying no worries we will. I paid immediately thru my bank online. 24hrs after when they received the payment. EVERYTHING CHANGED!

I called to request a full release letter. They sent me one by email but they stated they will only let the bureau know that i paid. They wont remove it. I was shocked. Because that was not the agreement i had with Danny the donkey. Anyway, i called Danny many times —> hr doesnt pick up the phone and wont return the voicemails. I spoke to many others ... they keep telling you : Danny is the one to talk to. After several attempts .. finally i got The famous Danny on the phone. He totally denied he said he will remove the item from the bureau. What a clown. So i went to my bank to try to reverse the payment. The process is ongoing .. it might take 14 days. Hopefully it will be succesful. If they tend to give me any hard time .. i am fully commited to hire a lawyer and sue them. Calls were recorded for quality purposes .. legally if we have a case we can request all those phone recordings. My lawyer says we will win easily as the calls are recorded. ANYWAY. NEVER PAY THIS CLOWNS. You pay them .. your credit will still stay ruined for 6 years. MAY AS WELL NOT PAY AND YOUR CREDIT WILL REMAIN BAD FOR 6 YEARS ANYWAY. So what is the benefits of paying and resolving the debt. K.A Vancouver, BC

 Hi, I wanna confirm that i am very satisfied with the outcome of all this. DCA after many emails and phone calls and lots of exchange with the credit bureau and DCA and the client ...n i am very impressed on How Danny Hua from DCA & Shirley Fontaine from DCA, they both did go above and beyond to fix it. I appreciate your understanding and your support on this matter. I wish i can delete the previous bad reviews on this page .. if there is a wah i can do it by all means let me know. Again thanks for your cooperation on this matter.

Hi Mr. Abderrahim Kaina, I'm glad that this matter has been resolved. You knew that removal of an item under collections on your credit report was not possible because the credit bureau is a third party, and DCA did not have the ability to meet your request. But you're a smart man, and you knew that if you contacted the credit bureau and had DCA not object to the removal of the item that it was in their power (not ours). I didn't actually know if it was possible but you were quite persuasive in your story-telling ability, and the human mind is known to do many incredible things. Good things happen when you pay your debt off first as I had suggested, and I'm OK to play the villain knowing the client has been repaid, and the item under collections on your credit report no longer exists. Enjoy the beauty of life, and with all due respect - hope to never have to speak with you again!

i have all the documentation to back my words. Don't worry. I am also filing for a lawsuit .. that is the only way to get those recordings "They say: For quality Purposes' ... i will get to the bottom of this. 

all of this to prove to this Idiot lied to me to get to reach his goal. Danny Hua - Debt Control Agency Inc. (DCA) - He lied to me to get to collect the payment. i sent the payment. He changed his mind. He was rude and ignorant.

Why was it in collections to start with?  Most likely you defaulted on payments somewhere along the lines.

Where is your written communication with them??  Verbal means squat.
