Days Inns Hotels disgusting filthy Nasty rooms
We made reservations about a month in advance for 5 rooms at the Days Inn St. Loius, Washington St. 11 of us had traveled from KY to see a concert. We were told it would be $50 a room. Wow! What a great deal we thought. Upon arriving we found the rooms were actually $70 per room. Fine we decided to go with 3 rooms instead of 5. When we got to our room they were disgusting! You would have thought we were paying by the hour!! 1 room had roaches, 1 room had "body" hair in the bathroom.
After the concert some of us went to dinner and a few people went bach to the hotel. The TV didn't work in the roach room so they switched the room. We arrived back from dinner and the 2 guys staying in the roach room went to the room but the others that had moved rooms did not answer. We called and knocked on the door for hours. We went to the front desk but they could not give us a key b/c the person who rented the room was in not there. They told us to call again.
The 2 guys ended up sleeping on the floor of the body hair room. In the morning we found out that the roach room's TV didn't work so they changed rooms. The same guy at the front desk who told us he could not help us and to keep calling was the one who changed their room. So he knew noone was in the roach room.
There was also dried blood on the new rooms wall, brown stuff on one of the blankets and dip spit on the vent! I felt so gross after leaving the place. They did refund us for 1 of the rooms but that didn't help we still felt like a hotel such as the Days Inn with a nice fancy lobby should have been a nice clean place to sleep. We felt b/c we were a young group (mid 20's) that we were not taken serious.

a days inn in st louis HILLS, mi, but there is one on washington st in st louis MO. as for the problems at the hotel, i really don't think that they are limited to days inn. my ex and i used to do alot of overnite 'secret shopper' type stuff for her job as a travel agent. there aren't alot of places that i would stay in st louis, besides by own bed

There is no Days Inn in St Louis MI. if fact checking our records ther never was one. Days Inn Has a national Comsumer complaints number which is 1-800-Days-Inn
