hello ! this creep was selling a 2002 Saab 9-3 4 door used car on an internet auction site I bid on the car and won the auction, promptly paid for the car we traded e-mails and I was to pick up the car on a Saturday 5 days after the auction ended and after I paid in full he sent an email and said he refused to give me the car ! Mr. Buckley is a dishonest, disreputable, and disrespectful person who cannot be trusted to keep his word everyone needs to beware of doing any business with him he may well cheat you and steal your money! he got my $ refused to give me the car! I hope no one else is a victim of his scams! he thinks nothing of cheating, ripping off a disabled senior citizen I'm old and sick tho I try to ignore it - 7 heart attacks and two strokes, congestive heart failure been meaning, trying to resurrect my Saab 02' Viggen cv that I love dearly - it'sat under cover in the garage for five years while I recovered fr a stroke .some days I just have no energy. I was getting this car fr auction cheap and thought, well I'll be into a running Saab 9-3 w/ no work to do on it. could've used it to drive to the doctor! and auto trans so the wife could drive it! Today, five days after I won the auction and paid for it, the seller claimed to the auction site the sale was canceled because it was " out of stock and or damaged " ( lie I had it checked out ) seller had agreed I'd get the car this Saturday you just can't trust people or auction sales there no rules for sellers ! it's the wild west I'm so tired today been having chest pains thx for your ear advice, help regards, Neil, Tucson AZ

e-bay helps con men like this cheat people ! they have no power to stop them and at most, will only ban them for a year as to Mr buckley, he is a liar the item is NOT" out of stock or damaged !" he's a dishonest seller took my $ used me to see what the car was worth and now will sell it for more $ and you will let him ! you just support rip-offs and help crooks cheat members your rules mean nothing to creeps like him I'm telling everyone how you assist sellers to cheat us and will do nothing to help us I won this auction pd the full amt was proper, polite and obeyed all the rules I don't have the car ! i PAID and he backed out of the deal and YOU let him do it ! you should be ashamed! your auctions are a farce and fake Neil

I'm a sick .(seven heart attacks, two strokes probably dying -congestive heart failure ! ) old man and needed this car to go to the doctor and this creep just changed his mind and decided not to sell it five days after I won the auction and I paid for it and eBay rules and regulations don't help us at all your car auctions are a farce and a joke we wonder how many thousands are cheated ? you only care about making $ Neil I won an e-bay auction for a 2002 9-3 4door and PAID for the car now the seller refuses to give it to me! what a creep and liar! I'll never trust e-bay again I thought the auction process was a legally binding thing? it's not the money I wanted the car! anyone know a good attorney in san Francisco? I will never trust eBay again and everyone pls beware of this ebay seller: db_sells_random_stuff he may try to sell the car again ! the VIN # is: YS3DF58K022025872 it is a 2002 Saab 9-3 4dr silver w/ 116,000 miles I had bought hundreds of dollars of parts, got .paid for insurance etc and sent him copy of my ID, proof of insurance, booked travel, hotel etc to go get the car (700+ miles away )to say I am disappointed is an understatement ! this guy is a dishonest ,deceptive , devious ,demented liar and a cheat a true rip off artist ! beware ! regards, neil hi ! well, that's what I would have and did think! it turns out eBay has NO enforcement power whatsoever save banning someone ( for up to a year then they get a clean start and can start ripping off all over again ! ) yes indeedy I did immediately file a complaint in the "resolution center"which is(outsourced offshore 10,000 miles away by very nice and friendly, professional philippinas ! ) they were quite nice and empathetic and said basically, sorry we (eBay ) ! can do nothing ! they said "be sure to file negative feedback" which is a further farce as you get 80 characters of space to say....... Nearly nothing ! )Not even a complete sentence!This despicable seller is free to sell the car again on e-bay ! and elsewhere! They ONLY look at feedback, (including negative ) only once a month on the 20 th of the month ( oh sorry Mr. Dale, it's too late for this month I was told )! the sad fact is as they say "your experience may not be typical " you mayhaps were lucky when you bought your car and had an honest seller and your transaction went smoothly now imagine you had been ME in this rotten deal ? just because you win an auction and pay in full for the car, obey all rules and regulations, are polite, proper etc DOESN'T mean you'll get it ! and, eBay will do...................................
