Dana's Housekeeping Personnel Service, LLC, Contra Costa County, CA
Paid $129.00 for an 8 hour house cleaning service with one of their house cleaning contractors. The contractors were 1 hour and 15 minutes late and then were only in the house for 1 hour and 45 minutes. They did not swept and mopped around the furniture without moving anything. They did not clean in corners. They did not move anything on the few items of furniture they bothered to dust and where they did dust they only used a feather duster, not polish and rag. They did not clean the bath tub. They left dirt on the carpet that we had to re-vacuum when we arrived home. They did not clean the laundry room although that was a room that was supposed to be cleaned.
When I called the owner of the service she at first did not want to send anyone else, but I requested that she come out and look at the house. She did not want to come so she said that she would try to send someone else in the afternoon for about an hour. The two women she sent did a better job, but there was still a lot of work that was not completed that was supposed to be done and when I contacted the owner requesting that a new team be sent out to complete the job she said that because they had independent contractors she could not do that.
