D-Link Has Major Customer Service Problems
I purchased a DMP-110 MP3 Player. When I hooked it up the instructions were nothing what my PC showed me then, when I finally figured how to hook it up it would not download songs onto the MP3 player (exept for 1 song) So I call them up for service in California because they have no 800 number. The person who speaks on the menu speaks british so it was very hard to understand what button to push. Finally I select Technachal Support the phone line rings and rings and rinds finally an answer "Please Hold". I hold for 48 minuets when I hang Up. I call back again going throgh the same crap and when the person ask's if I can Hold I say no and they hang up compleatly! Finally I Call a third time and I finally speak to someone. And They Tell Me to to return it to the store that I bought it at who told me to call them in the first PLACE!!!!! I am outraged at D-Link for not only not having a 800 number causing my phone bill to be high. For Being Hung Up on to have been lied to and for Compleate Dissatisfaction!
