Culligan Water, Culligan Way Defective Culligan Softener destroyed my basement Minnetonka,, Minnesota
Culligan Water Softener Renters beware...
After being a loyal customer of Culligan Water in Minnetonka, MN for a number of years, I was shocked and dismayed by the treatment my wife and I received after Culligan's faulty softener got stuck in regen mode and flooded my basement, destroying our carpet and furnishings.
When my wife and I communicated the destruction that the faulty Culligan softener caused, Culligan would take absolutely NO responsibility for their faulty equipment, the equipment that they were to maintain everytime they delivered salt and filled it up (not a cheap service by the way).
Culligan refused to pay one red cent for any damages whatsoever to the furniture and carpet that was destroyed and had to be removed. That's customer service at it's finest.
Well, I bought a GE softener at Hxxx Dxxxx, (((REDACTED)))it has been working great for a couple of years now and has paid for itself many times over. Don't make the mistake that we made and waste your money on this service, buy your own GE softener at Hxxx Dxxxx or Lxxxx and it will pay for itself within a few months. And the best part is that you will be protecting your home furnishings and sanity.
