Unhappy Credo Mobile users, join me in exposing this con company.
This is a company which will prey on consumers in the name of social justice and providing an alternative to greedy corporations such as AT&T and Verizon. It's a scam, don't fall for it as I did and was trapped by a con company. For over a year, since I signed with this company for cellphone service, I was frustrated over poor quality devices and service, overcharged and fooled.

 First of all, I returned one phone (Sanyo-Zio) and they sent me another one. I thought the first one was defective, but the truth, which I found out later, it's a poor quality device (design, features, usability). For instance, the screentouch works half of the time, the keyboard is so tiny, the OS is screwed up, etc.

 Second, these guys want me to "work for them" to help them solve their technical problems. I don't have time to keep on tracking for them where signal is available or not and what feature is working or not. I'm a customer, I signed a contract to get a 24x7 service and a 100% working device, not to pay them to be their quality test tech. I've been calling and complaining but all the time they just repeat the same kind of excuses to buy time, until the trial period is over and then you're hooked and milked like cow. These people are running a scam and they are preying on customers. I repeat, this company is running a SCAM and they need to be investigated, not just by BBB only but by the government. In other words, they are selling services that they cannot provide or manage and they simply want consumers to pay money and shut up. Furthermore, the use the early termination clause as a bullying chip to keep us consumers tamed.
Third, right before signing with them, I asked about service availability and they assured me that I will never have a problem with coverage. I've been complaining for a longtime. And this is the trick they use on people, they want us to call using another phone by other provider when we have technical problems. They claim they can't troubleshoot a phone while it is being used. That might true but they are exploiting this loophole to eliminate tracks of the complaints as evidence that might be used against them.

As I told you before, I'm not a unique case. A lot of other Credo Mobile phone users are as frustrated as me. Please check ripoffreport.com as one of the venues where consumers are expressing their furstration and ripoff by Credo Mobile. For more than a year Credo Mobile FAILED to fix my issues and deliver the service I was promissed. They failed to fulfill their committment toward me. I'm a victim who has been paying top dollar for a poor quality service.
