Credit Sesame Lowered my credit score for not getting loan they suggested.

My credit score shows excellent. However, credit sesame insisted I take out a loan. I declined. They informed me that paying off my cards monthly lowers my credit score. Which suddenly it did. Peculiar, don't ya think?
