39.95 was charged to my card this morning. I noticed that money had been going missing at odd times but would not show up on my billing statement. Finally I called customer service to change my phone number and password. I asked them where the money had gone and they gave me the web address to crdfrm.com.

I went to the site, and the ONLY thing they say is to call their "customer service" department to dispute the charges. I called. They told me that my partner had opened an account with them back in April. That he had missed payments in June, July, August, and November. But that I had been charged April, May, September, October, and December. That coincides with the missing money.

He never opened an account for ANYTHING using my card. We do not share an account. I told them that I wanted the money refunded and the account closed. They told me that since it was someone who lived in my house, it was considered to be "friendly fraud" and that they could not do anything. I told them I wanted my money back. They told me that since he missed so many payments, that they could not refund anything.

This all sounds very fishy to me. We have not had anything to do with this credit company. Which is what they claimed that they were. They "closed the account" and gave me a "confirmation number." It is funny that the only thing on their site is information on how to contact their customer service department, but no other information is found.

They have a rating of 65% in safety on the web....I believe this review to be false, as this is some sort of scam. I am getting a new card on Monday, and canceling out this one. I cannot trust that someone else does not have my card information.
