Jeannie is a complete scam.  I have been following up with her for a month.  I’ve used every single email address and website submission available.  She had the nerve to respond to one of my emails taht Requested an update with a question back to me as to how I was trying to reach her!  Seriously?

You can ask me a question, but cannot give me the followup I requested.  Sadly I was scammed out of what little money I had.  This was a dire situation for me and I turned to her for help.  

Do not give this woman your money.  She plays along in the beginning, but then drops you.  Sad that she feels a need to scam others to make a living.

Jeannie immediately reached out to me and over the past 48+ hours has worked diligently to make sure I am satisfied as a customer.  I give credit to any business owner who openly apologies for an oversight and then goes above and beyond to make sure her customer is happy.  

Jeannie has given such a personal touch to my account that I’m impressed by her work ethic and character.  Day or night she has responded quickly and with great attention to detail.  I have been impressed with her knowledge and patience answering questions.

 I am impressed with the tools and program she has developed.  I had no idea that she was effected by the hurricane and did not take that into consideration.  At the end of the day, Jeannie’s character was shown by how she handles complaints and criticism, which she did with class.

 To "repair" something means that something is broken. If the information contained in your credit report is correct, there's NOTHING BROKEN to "repair"! It has a right to be there for seven years from the last collection activity. If there's incorrect info there, YOU can correct that YOURSELF for FREE! The "credit repair con game" caters to those who think they can screw over every creditor and not have consequences and all you need to do is pay them and like magic, they will wave their magic wand and it all disappears. It doesn't work that way and THEY KNOW IT! They are looking for fools, doormats and suckers!
