cozystudios.com, 470 7th Avenue, Kiyan Marandi & Khaled Salem Ahmed Rip Off Blacks & Hispanics

Kiyan Marandi is a thief who 5 years ago was operating scam under name InfoMall2000. Marandi was collecting advance fees, then sending the poor desperate souls to American Plaza, (Dominicanos) who dont speak any English & they have hand out for more DINERO $$$$$. The State caught Marandi defrauding room seekers and he got hammered BIG TIME. Guy's name is Kiyan Marandi, to report him, contact the NYS, Department of State @ 212-417-5790 or the NYS Attorney General @ 212-416-8000. Kiyan Marandi and Khaled Salem Ahmed (both from Iran) are scamming now using the website names cozystudios.com & sublet1.com. I was looking for a studio recently, and when I got to the cozystudios.com & sublet1.com office @ 470 Seventh Avenue, 4th Floor, Suite 408, I discovered that it was Marandi. Marandi and his cohort Ahmed just collect an advance fee, then they just send the victim to Rosa Rooms (alias My Room Agency) @ 3750 Broadway (uptown Manhattan), and this THIRD WORLD HUSTLER wants another $150.00 up front fee too!

At the cozystudios.com / sublet1.com office, Marandi and Ahmed tried to get an advance fee from me and send me uptown to My Room Agency (Rosa Rooms); then it came back to me that it was the same con artist chiseler that was on Fox 5 News for ripping everyone off for $150.00 advance fees and then sending victims to another agency that charges another advance fee. Steer clear of this Hipster Doufus!!!

Last July 2014, I stayed 3 nights in a Midtown apartment in Hell's Kitchen that Khaled gave me keys to. He claimed that the apartment was one that he and his roommate, Mela, rent out to tourists visiting New York. After putting 2 & 2 together, I realized that the place did not belong to him nor his roommate but he/they acquired it through false documents. In other words, they were making money off of this property but they had no ownership rights whatsoever. The night that I arrived, he tried to have sex with me. When he realized that it wasn't going to happen, he left and never returned. On the last night before my departure, he abruptly contacted me telling me to pack up and leave because he met a woman he wanted to bring to the apartment to have sex with. He pretended that his roommate had a boyfriend that wanted to sleep over, but I knew right away it was just another scheme of his. If I had known all of this from the very beginning, I would have just rented a hotel room which I had initially planned on until he insisted that I stay at this apartment.

Khaled also claimed to be a real estate agent among other things. Later on, I was put in contact with the fat guy he hangs with, Kiyan. Kiyan was defensive and very skeptical from the beginning. I learned that he was sued in court by someone he was in competition with, whom was also running rental scams.

Khaled posts phoney ads all over Facebook looking for "massage girls" to come work at his massage parlor that he no longer has. He had a massage parlor in the east village called Hataplace, where he employed several women in order to have sex with them or the clients that came in. It was basically a front to pick up Russian and Ukrainian women. He used several cell phones to do this as well.

Stay far far away from these guys. They are nothing but trouble and have proven it.
