Countrywide homes Loans Inc is a LAPP lender for the Department of veterans affairs. As a LAPP lender they do the job the VA would otherwise do in processing a VA loan. One of their jobs is to review the appraisal, and other reports about the property to make sure the property meets the VA's minimum property requirments.

These minimum property requirements are their to protect the interest of the veteran and the government. The minimum property requirments are there to insure that the property is safe, structurally sound, and sanitary.

The Lender reviews the appraisal and other reports to see if there is any indication that the property does not meet the minimum property requirements. If they find any proprty condition that would not meet the minimum property requirements than that condition must be resolved before closing or the property can not go VA.

In my case there were property conditions that didn't meet the mimimum property requirments that the lender could have but didn't identify. And some they did identify but still let the loan go through.

One of the conditions was the property had inadequate drainage.

The home is 3 feet below the grade. Because of this the house substained major damage this is not something covered by insurance so we had to repair it. This got us behind on our payments.

We tried to sell the home to keep from going into foreclosure. But could not sell it because it is substandard.

Then county says it will have to be repaired or be condemned.To repair the home will cost $142,000.00 and we only paid $136,000.00

The following is a list of items that countrywide failed to

resolve prior to closing; the grade, the gragage has no footings, the septic doesn't work, and street maintance agreement. They violated VA regulations and Federal law in doing this loan. We are now in foreclosure because we can't fix the home and pay the house payments at the same time. The house must be fixed as it is putting our lives in danger.

Under VA regualtions and Ferderal law are loan isn't even valid. Countrywide is the one at fault and they are taking our home, because we can't make the payments due to their negligence. We want them to either repair the home or they can have the home if they pay us what we put into it, what we will owe the government if the foreclosure goes through, and what we are losing in equity. Or they can give us the home free and clear and will demo it and build a new one on the lot.

If the foreclosure goes through and they get the laon guarantee from the VA, they will be defrauding the government, and stealing the peoples tax dollars, their not entitled to on an invalid loan.

Countyrwide you can't break the law and make a profit doing it.I will fight you to the bitter end. Not only are you screwing me and my family your stealing from every tax payer in the country. And if you get this home through foreclosure I will make d**n sure that you can't sell this home to someone else and run their life too. You know every thing that's wrong with this house,and you know that if you sell it your putting someones life in danger! I will let the world know that your willing to put someones life in danger for a profit.You wait and see what I am made of.

showing this house and the dangerous conditions in the house, let me know. The world needs to see what Countrywide Home Loans Inc. is willing to sell to an unsupecting person for their own profit.

Any company that you borrow from to fulfill your dreams at the current time, as opposed to waiting to a later date until you have the money, is going to receive a benefit from doing so. If you look at any truth-in-lending disclosure, even at an interest rate that is considered favorable, the cost of the loan will equal 2 to 4 times the amount of the purchase price over a standard 30 year period. What you must also tale into account is the appreciation of the value of the property. if you are in any kind of decent area for real estate sales you will see an appreciation of the value of the property go up at rates higher than the rate of inflation, therefore lowering the actual =rate of interest you are paying for the loan to buy the property you would only be looking at if you did not take out the loan. Do you feel that you deservw an interest free loan? Then talk to your mommy about getting you the money to buy your house, while I live in the house I want to live in.
