Cooking pleasures gourmet ceramic cookware does not disclose that they are going to charge your credit card monthly and this constitutes fraud and misrepresentation. Their advertising is false and misleading in the fact that they don't disclose all of the conditions. They do not put a phone number on any of their correspondence and no e-mail address as well. You call to cancel the matter and they tell you it will take 30 days to cancel it and that they will continue to charge your credit card. If they send you something and you don't want it don't accept it and send it back as rejected and then in one or two months they will regret it your credit card. This is outrageous and they use your money without permission. By their actions and conduct they are engaging in consumer fraud and misrepresentation. They make it as difficult as possible to cancel the order get your credit card money refunded to you and to terminate any relationship with them.  They engage in tricks and deceit and falsity in order to make sales and get access to your credit card numbers. They are not to be trusted and/or unreliable scammers.

I had the same thing happen with this company on my credit card, But i had called and canceled when i received my frying pan.  There was a section of the order receipt stating they would send a item of the month and would be billed monthly or call this number and cancel.  Well i did and they still charged my credit card.  My mistake was not getting a confirmation number, so there was no record that i had called.  And they gave me this excuse and that excuse, so i called my bank.  They fixed it, and then the following month they charged my card again.  So cancelled my card and the bank had to fix it again.  I filed an unauthorized debit with the fraud section of my bank.  They investigated and found this to be true.

I got "got" by this offer, thinking that I could simply contact the company and cancel my order after recieving the skillet, but I didn't realize they would make it virtually impossible to find contact information. However, I managed to find a phone number (you'll never get a reply from the corporate email). If you're having trouble cancelling your order, dial this number:

1-800-209-8397

If the automated system says they cannot find your Account ID, do not hang up. Stay on the line and dont click anymore numbers; after a little while, the system will transfer you over to an actual human being (gasp!) who will cancel your order. Have your Account # (found in the Order Confirmation email) and credit card number ready.

Hope this helps!
