I was called by my financial institution informing me that i was delinquent for 2 months on my credit card payment. I informed them that i didn't have a balance because i payed off my balance in August of 04. They then informed me that there was a charge for $79.95 on Oct 30. i did dispute the charges and they are investigating the charge. the main issue with the charge is that I haven't had a valid card for the account since May of 04 and don't understand how they could have charged my account. anyhow, i am disgusted by this company's business practices and i will be posting as much negative feedback to them and their partners such as Lending Tree.com wherever possible.
