Computer Renaissance cheating yelling lying ripoff fraud sells broken equipment West Des Moines Iowa
Computer Renaissance ripoff, computers, yelled, cheated, sold broken equipment, fraudulent acts, liars West Des Moines Iowa .....
I am no computer genius. I saw these very friendly commercials on the t.v. and decided that computer renaissance looked good. I bought a computer that costed me 450.00, and was told that it would perform beautifully.
Six days and four phone calls later, I had to drive into town to get my six day old computer fixed. Thank goodness for the warranty (that I paid extra for). The owner said that it was to many programs running at the start of my computer and that it was fixed by his very capable computer technician.
One week later the computer does the same thing. I won't even run the msn online program that i bought it in the first place to use.
Four trips into town, and 18 days later, my computer is still running like crap, and the owner yelled in my face at his own store in front of his own customers, that he will not take it back even though he admits that it wasnt working right from the very beginning.
Dont ever go to computer renaissance. They have no respect for their customers, they are very shady in their dealings. And if you do go there, you better read the fine print, OR ELSE!!
