If the computer was working for that month, you had it, then its not CompUSA's fault at all. Your problem is with Compaq. Did you call them via the warranty information? How can compusa know that its "defective" if it worked for a month? why do you blame CompUSA when its the manufacturer of the computer who is the ONLY one who can help you fix your computer?

How can you say the Customer service is lacking when they sent your comp, to HP for service and HP didn't fix a single thing???? It seems that they are trying to get the problem fixed but HP is the one stalling. Maybe you should file this about HP. Since they are the ones ripping you off.
