Community Fund, LLC, Owners Trying to steal my family property Oakland California
Community Fund,LLC is trying to steal my family property . They tried to take it from one of the family member who was living in it. They paid 3,500 to move out so they could fix they place up to help her. Her mother had just died a month before which was her world her support her back bone. She didn’t know what she was doing she stayed she never signed the grand deed that won’t hold dirt at the assessor office. Fraud. They attempted to change the deed into their LLC but was denied cause her name was not on the deed any where. They new that they could sell it , so they have rented out for over four years they made there money back for any rehab they did and some. They didn’t want to make her aware since they right out stole the property. She had no right to sell anything cause she didn’t own anything to sell. Most of our family are out of state so we weren’t aware of the house being in trouble. I moved back to CA and find out she is homeless with two kids and kicked out of our property. So I took the property back now preparing for a big war. Micheal Marr and his daughters are trying to steal it back. The Grant Deed they filed was kicked out of the assessor denied unable to process not valid. The property is in my Aunt and the heirs name. They have given us a 5 day notice as of yesterday. I called the FBI cause Micheal Marr already headed for prison soon. They are harassing my family I moved my self and her back in. They keep calling the police and was told it’s a civil matter we have to go to court. Please if anyone is still going through something with these people please respond. Any new looking for another story on Micheal Marr please contact me we need media on this. But I’ll fight till the end.
