To date, this company still will not honor our request for an itemized price list. It will not honor a written "satisfaction/money-back" guarantee.
Many complaints continue to be voiced on this company with the same allegations as those that we have alleged (such as fraud, misrepresentation, extortion and actions that violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act). This company continues to play havoc with our credit and these events will end up costing us countless thousands of dollars. Our claims of deception, fraud, extortion and misrepresentation (although paralleled by many other consumers) have to date gone unanswered.
It has been very unfortunate that, to date, no resolutions to these matters have materialized. So far nothing has been done to this company despite numerous consumer complaints, extensive documentation of consumer complaints on web sites, etc. and even an expose' on the company's business practices on NBC's "DATELINE."
It appears that this compant is in the habit of holding consumers' credit "hostage" in an attempt to get whatever amounts of money that they seem fit. BEWARE of this company!!!
