Up selling liars, false delivery promises.
Cliffsdeals uses a private delivery service (AM Trucking) that became abusive with phone calls when attempting to set up delivery after 21 days, rather than the 7-10 promised.
Completely deficient and unresponsive after sale until I cancelled purchase and refused delivery. Then Cliffsdeals employees were relentless in calling. Extremely unprofessional - fraudulent!
After 2 months still fail to issue the disputed credit card refund - even after several promises to do so.
Cliffsdeals saleman Steven threatened to charge a $1200 restocking fee - among other sleazy tactics.
Lisa promised immediate full refund - never happened!
