Clear Point Delivery of ordered items incomplete+ 2 charges to my Visa unexplained Dorval Internet, Quebec
i ordered two items via internet on october3rd 2012 ,comfort bra,advertized as set of 2 for $16.90 and one palm wallet $9.95. I received the two bras about 14 days later but not the palm wallet .the amount charged to my Viisa is $54.07 and as well an amount of $24.54 .
I have sent 2 unanswered emails and as well placed numerous phone call but have never been able to talk to anyone . i feel i have been totally ripped-off and seem no access to question the excess cost , false advertizing and lack of delivery of palm wallet .
i will greatly appreciate your investigation and answers to my problem
