CLAIMS MANAGEMENT INC IS A JOKE NO THROUGH INVESTIGATION IS DONE BAD GAS CROSS DROPPING DIESEL IN TANK REPORTED IN OTHER STATES TOO ROGERS Arkansas
- I got gas at Sams Club in Loveland on 06/30/2018 filled up. Sams is who this company represents. I pumped something out of the pump into my gas tank that cused major problems on performance and 4 sensors went off. I had to tow it to dealer who drained all of the gas that came from Sams in Loveland Colorado. I filed a claim through Sams Cluib who had CMI contact me. The sample of the gas in my car was given to Sams Club and I had the Asssitant sigm that she received it.
It was never evalutated as Jennifer form CMI said that she did a through inverstigsation. She negatted to say that this has happened in Kansas before. it is called cross dropping and happens at the pump when they are being filled.
She denied the claim as she said there was no way to tell what caused the problems but when the gas I pumped in was drained out and Unleaded was put back in it stopped all of the sensors and ran smoothly again.
I want to see justice done and there are iother conplaints on the gas from all over the United /states and they all say that their claims were denied too.
