Circuit City Advtange Gurantee Ripoff Maplewood Minnesota
I purchased a Circuit City Advantage Gurantee, 3 yr warrenty. Which offers a worry free, and hassel free service on warrenteed products. This is a LIE. CircuitCity is in the business of selling you warntees which they WILL NOT uphold. I have waited over 2 weeks, to place an APPOITMENT. I have NOT been contacted to setup an APPOINTMENT! I have spoken to CircuitCity 5 times reguarding this, and the vendor they selected 4 times. Nothing has been resolved.

Tried that, item can not be repaired at store.

The item is a 32 Inch tv, which falls into the large screen section. Circuit City does not accept these at store front for repair. I would also hardly take this directly to the repair shop, so that I can be stuck with the bill when Circuit City's hassel free warrenty dosn't do jack for me. Thanks for the suggestion though, I've thought about both.

you said that you called circut city and the you calle the designated repair place. Maybe you should just take the itme in question to the store for service and/or the designated repair place
