CIC Credit Monitor consumer fraud ripoff Robbed me for 79.95 and I never got report California
I recently went to www.freecreditreport.com and signed up for a free credit report. It wanted my CC info to verify my identity. But then after I gave it, It said I would have to wait 2-3 weeks for the paperwork to show up. When I saw this I IMMEDIATELY called them and cancelled because the advertisement said I would see my credit report Instantly after signing up. The man on the phone said that it was cancelled and I would NOT be charged anything. However on, 02-28-2003 I got charged 79.95. I am going to call them in the morning and demand my money back. Otherwise they'll be hearing from my attorney. Bas*ards.
