This former Ebay salesman sold a Apple computer to me and required shipping insurance. He printed out a USPS shipping form at home to suggest he was shipping but nothing ever arrived at the Post Office. Since he required insurance, his defense was that is was lost in the mail. The Post Office has no record of it being mailed.
This is a scam artist and not be be trusted. The local police and prosecuting attorney know about this crime but will not prosecute since it was only $2,000! Guess the folks in Michigan have to steal a lot more to get in trouble.
