Cheese Experts USA LLC - Richard Falcone and Lee Falcone, received their first order from our company in July of 2012. A couple partial payments were received, but $6,000 remains unpaid as of April, 2013.
They made multiple broken promises to pay and now do not except calls or reply to any requests for payment by phone, fax, email or mail. Owners are completely unethical and totally lacking of integrity. They do not care.

I have been doing business with CHEESE EXPERTS for that past two years. Numerous times I need to place rush orders and they worked around the clock to help me and my business. When I was late with payments they never hounded me and were always willing to be flexible and work with me. They have always provided me with a quality product and the one time something went wrong with an order they made it right ten fold. Richard and Lee are excellent business people. They are not all about the money. They ensure a quality product and a business relationship you can trust. Rich is very busy but makes him self avalailable thorughiut the week and even on weekends. He is fair. You should call him and work out some kind of arrangement. Posting something like what you just posted shows poor character on your part and would make me and many other people hesitant to do business with you.
