Did internet search for USPS address change. First one listed for quick and easy postal address change. Clicked and did the process. They asked for credit card information, I was told before that this was for I.D. and confirmation. This took place 06/21/2017 at 3:30pm. Today 06/23/2017 my credit company notifies me of a $49.95 charge for Address Change Service 855-321-4364. First the site has a two tone blue USPS color. Second nothing is mentioned of a charge. Third nothing is mentioned of a $49.95 charge. When you call the number it is answered as Customer Service. No business name. I tried to get an address of theirs and was not successful. After bring out the above information to the representative she did say she would issue a refund to my credit card. I am waiting to get confirmation from credit card company. Refund $49.95! The Rep was very nice and well trained. Go demand for your refund, it us fraudulent the way they are doing thus. It is still a scam.
