Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
i opened a contract woth cellularone in april 2003. each month i would be dissapionted in my bill, when i would go in to pay i would ask why it was so high, they always just told me i was going over my minutes, and one finally i changed plan bought the no roaming deal.guess what still no change my bills were running about 250.00 a month this was about a $60.00 a month plan.

i continued to ask and inqurie called the # one the bill itself and probably the 3rd or 4th time the cutomer service rep. told me that it was in the computer wrong and that they had charged me for every minute of my 2nd phone.

i have tried and tried to get them to reimburse me for that 12 months but they said it is the law that they only have to pay the last 3 months

they did credit my acctount for about 275.00 for that 3 months, however, that is not enough when i have inquired so many times and asked for help no one would help or investgate!!

now they continue to call and stated that they would continue to call until i paid another 251.00 that has accured in the last 3 months but they refuse to credit me or reimburse me what they over charged (about 700.00 more dollars)

i live in small town and at least 2 others that i know are being charged for things that are incorrect. myself all of my family and friends willnot ever return there to spend our hard earned $$. good luck if you have a contract thru these theives.

I have the same issue as well as thousands of others I'm sure. I contacted the Attorney General and am awaiting a reply. Didn't have any other recourse. I suggest everyone else does the same and mabey things will change. For anyone who has had to go through their bill every month- it takes about 45 minutes. Not fun! Next step will be to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Tracie, I am sorry that in our computer there was an error. I am also sorry that they did not refund you the full 12 months....I understand how hard it could be to pay a bill you shouldn't have to especially if you over payed in the past...but on the contract that you signed it does stat that you only have 30 days to dispute your bill...and them doing the full 3 months..was a lot more than they should have.... Always review your bill...because I know if I would have gotten a bill that was 200 more than what I should be paying I would have actually sat down counted up all my minutes to see where in god's name am i going over....I also would have had a 2nd look at it...Retail stores are very helpful in helping you get new equipment...taking your payment...signing up new contracts...they are not trained as of right now to really know why a bill is so high....1st thing is 1st always call customer care if a bill is high ...so we can actually have a 1 on 1 conversation with you without any interuptions or worrying about anyone else that may need attended...because once your on that call it is all about you and what we can do for you ...and it does not matter how long it will take either it be a 5 min call or a 1 1/2 hour call...as long as your completly satisfied and know what you are paying for....Now I understand it is too late as this report was posted in 2004...but if you are hopefully still with us always call customer care with any disputes on your bill...and again, I appologize that we could not refund your money more than the 3 months.
