Mary I am happy we have this plan out..but 1 thing you need to remember is the plan will not help the coverage unless they are on digital going to tdma that might help the coverage...You could switch to the national unlimited and it still will not help coverage...its all about where the towers are.. hope that helps you out Mary! keep up the good financial work! :)

I am an employee of Dobson Cellular One and I understand your frustration! I can help you if you'd like. If you're still a customer we have a plan that has UNLIMITED STATE WIDE USAGE, it covers all long distance and roaming charges and it's $50.00 a month! You can add neighboring states like Nevada, Texas, etc to your plan for $5.00 more for each additional state (if need be). This should cover the problem your daughter is having with not getting coverage in the area she moved too! Please contact customer service and we can switch your rate plan right away! I am so sorry this has happened to you!

I really dont know why we have contracts either...I am just customer service....but im pretty sure all cell phone companies work just the same.....you have a cellular phone and a tower that you bounce off of its just the plans they are always after....and god forbid credits...

... is that everyone hates them. Why is it they have to have lengthy contracts anyway? If they provided a good service for a reasonable fee, they wouldn't have to "hook" or "trick" us into lengthy contracts to maintain business. Why is it so many people still look for another company when they're contract expires?!

You are probably upset because you do not have direct deposit and it takes awhile to get your paycheck. As for your comment on ripping off the elderly? Yeh thats exactly what we aim to do! No this is wrong! I know when I have an elderly person on the phone needing assistant i will go above and beyond to help them out. This is why I get so many kudos at work. I'm sorry if you feel like YOUR OWN company has ripped you off. But i know this is wrong. I think Cellular One is a very good company to work for and we have great benefits, great pay. As for GSM i think it is the best service to be on. Not only do we have GSM T-mobile , Cingular and many other companys have it too. I wouldn't be posting things like this up. There are ways to track down who posted comments and if you work for the company they can find a way to see who really posted it....looks like you wont be having a job soon

Cellular Ripps off people from the okc call center, ohio center etc, the GSM does not work they take advantage of the elderly, and customer service is a no no//// sell sell sell is the motto and hope they do not call back and if they do play DUMB. Steve get a real life and you know as well as I do GSM is a farce. When the ne w generation comes along I hope I am long gone. Cell Ones motto, My lie way or the highway. They should be investigated bt the FTC< FCC and evry State Attorney General out there and maybe a $100,000,000 million dollar class action suit my wake them up like it did AT&T wireless Concerned yet I do not want to be home less. Oh by the way Steve I hope you at least receive timly paychecks

If Cellular One worked it out with you then why do you have a rip off report on here? Knowing the history of Cell One they probably just did it your way to get you to shut up and stop calling... I would re-read the contract because even if you move they are not responsible if you do not have service....

Steve in Youngstown, OH who left the message saying that we must be dumb. Well you need to get your facts straight, because Cellular One did see that they were wrong and settled the issue NOT for the $850 they first asked for, but for $113!!!!! So I would say if they were not wrong then they would not have settled for so much less. So looks like you're the dumb one!!

No offense bud but it is your bad luck on this one...Cell one gave you a phone and you signed a contract and in the contract it probably does state that they arent responsible for you moving and not having any service....you are the one that moved out of service area...who's fault was that? Cell ones? nope! Yours! I'm always reading these comments on here how they think that some things are unfair...well yes most things are unfair if your really unhappy with cell one then why dont you cancel your contract and get it over with?? You definitely would have been paying less then you are right now its only $20/month for each month remaining in your contract and u just pay it in one lump sum...so stop complaining and filing these stupid reports on here when this is not the companys fault but yours...
