Cash now usa scammed me out of $465 dollars in a process of a $2000 loan new york New York

I received a call from USA Cash Now with their rep. "james" indicating that he was with that comany and I was approved for a loan. I was looking for a loan because I needed the money to pay for rent and diapers and food for my daughter. they told me that I needed to send them at first to get the money into my account a deposit of $190 using a vanilla con prepaid card and then come to find out that they needed another $275 dollars again due to a loan that I had pending and I figured it was probaby for one that I previously had gotten from january that I was still paying off. However once he got a total of $465 from me I was waiting for a full day for the "wire" to come thru to my account so I could pay my rent that is due today and buy diapers and food for my 6 month year old daughter when I called there was a busy tone nobody was answering. and about 2:30PST I called back and "james" said that this was dominos and that I have been scammed and now I do not have any money and I cannot pay the amount back that I borrowed from a another loan company I cannot pay my rent or food or diapers for my daughter. I missed a whole 2 weeks of work because of a death in a family even though I was already living paycheck to paycheck and that was the reason I needed the money in the first place.
