Hi, I have been tracking Carrington loan foreclosure, modification, forbearance and Short Sale horror stories. I have access to RMBS loan data and am trying to connect the harm to real borrowers who deserved to work with a servicer acting in good faith and according to proper fiduciary responsibilities.

I do not want any money or your personal data.  I can identify which security individual loans are pledged to and need to see documents and modification agreements (your info blanked out).  I need this information in order to get the truth out about Carrington.

You can help. The dollar amount that Carrington has misappropriated is amazing.  What they have done and continue to do is complicated and nuanced.  I look forward to your reply.

I have also been collecting info on this Company and their very many provable affiliates. I have gathered over 3 office storage boxes on this Company. The implecation that very strongly alleges truly bad faith toward the very people they are supposed to be servicing.

I do not want to put any of this info out for publication just yet, as I'm preparing letters to all NC state consumer agencies and federal consumer agencies. It seems so unreal that I am having a hard time finding a lawyer to bring a civil suit against these many related agencies and companies. They all want to just file bancruptcy. I won't do that because My husband and I got this mortgage deed in 2008. The loan was for just about $250,000.

I made payments until 2016. We were approved for a loan From the US Government for $22,000. It was a gifted loan for the hardest hit states by the mortgage bubble during that time and so many families were being foreclosed on their homes. The caveat is if we stay in the house for 10 years, we don't have to pay the government loan or interest back.

We were then immediately sent from a third mortgage Company that then became our fourth servicing company which was Carrington. Believe it or not we were immediately put into foreclosure and the government just caught us up, but Carrington said we were still way behind.

It has been a long story between then and now, but Carrington says our new balance on the loan is over $300,000!

Explain how this loan that was caught up and confirmed by the North Carolina Housing Agency was still way behind in payments and "fees" is now $50,000 more than the original loan amount after 10 years of payments and a government payment of $22,000! I wish we could somehow compare each other's info, but I am not quitting!!! Good luck to you. The info is all out there, but it has taken me almost 3 years to really dig in.
