"They set me up to fail...." "they just kicked back and waited for me to fail...." and you didn't let them down, did you?   Seriously, are you an adult?  You are blaming them for trusting you when they clearly should not have because you're an excuse-seeking deadbeat.  Well, next time when you walk into a Rent A Center or Title Loan place or Carmax let them know up front that you will default and then blame them for taking advantage of you.  Save some time.

"No American they should be shut down..." yeah, because "American" companies would just eat your debt and maybe give you a Flag as thanks for the opportunity to be part of your awesome life.

Seriously, grow up.

Even though your report looks like your report was written by a 1st grader, and you didn't give the exact details of your loan.  It does appear that you ended up with a $700/month payment on a 5+ year loan for a truck that looks like you bought for around 35K.

If that is the case your credit was already trashed and the only one who "set you up" was you, by your failure to be able to manage credit in the past.    Yes, your past credit history matters.

If you have an issue with the price you paid for the truck, the time to bring that up is BEFORE you buy it.  Afterwards it just becomes a case of buyer's remorse.  The number or cost of repairs to your truck have no bearing on being required to pay the loan.
